Students from 2nd grade (8 years) from the Public School Federico García Lorca (Valencia) attended last day 2 of June to a session about mussel farming. They understood why mussels are a healthy and sustainable protein, and has been the innovation process to create more durable floating farms (rafts) that avoid cutting trees. In order to comply with the health measures required by the COVID-19, one of the students exposed the video to her classmates, avoiding the presence of external persons in the classroom.
